No matter your role, Safeguarding Children & Young people is everyone’s responsibility.
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Safeguarding and Protecting Children & Young People (RQF) provides information for learners on how to safeguard children, young people and practitioners in the workplace, as well as how to respond to evidence or concerns about abuse.
Course topics include:
- How to safeguard and protect children, young people and practitioners in the workplace
- How to respond to evidence or concerns that a child or young persons has been abused
- Different categories of abuse and safeguarding concerns
- What professionals and settings information may be shared with
- Safeguarding law
